UJUMP, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization created by Lynbert “Cheese” Johnson. UJUMP is a junior mentoring program that focuses on middle school students from Wichita and Andover schools in Kansas. We‘ve found that academic achievers, athletes, and at-risk students all have opportunities and programs presented to them. UJUMP concentrates on the “average” student – the ones that get passing grades but are at risk of being overlooked.

UJUMP was founded on the promise to develop social skills, behavior, academic achievement, self-esteem, and self-advocacy in youth; achieving these through a variety of empowerment opportunities and professional interactions.
